When you are thinking about Guardianship and/or setting up a Special Needs Trust you need to be careful. All attorneys can practice law, but not all attorneys understand Special Needs. And I'm not a fan of families trying to do it themselves. Yes, it's legal - you can do both by yourself. However the consequences of a mistake are HUGE.
