It was only while I was doing my research that I realized the Pickle Amendment and Disabled Adult Child benefit were (2) different provisions. I’d always lumped them together because they were in the same POMS. It probably doesn’t matter most of the time, but if you’re talking to a state worker you’ll want to make sure you cite the correct provision.
